I'm not following you on the women in combat making us real equals to men.

Personally (and oh, God, I hope there are no radical feminists that will jump down my throat at this) I don't think we are equal to men, nor are we meant to be. I think we are to COMPLEMENT each other. I think women are the ying to the men's yang (or maybe its the other way around, I can never remember) - each is a separate entity, curved to fit, with a tiny bit of the other inside.

In yoga, and much Eastern thought, there is Male Energy and there is Female Energy. Each energy has their own characteristics, benefits, and detriments. Sometimes, one is more dominant than the other. How could they be equal? They can't...but they can be in balance.

Even physically, and physiologically, the genders are different. Men are taller, with a different muscular structure... their hormones are different, their instincts are different.

You might be able to deadlift a 50 pound rock...I can't. So we certainly aren't equal there. However, I can figure out how to move it without deadlifting it. And that strikes the balance, right there.

Please don't think I'm saying men are the muscles and women are the brains. I"m not. That was the first example that came to mind.

My wife Yvon, "always helps me get my mind right". Mathematically, the life formula of " X~Y=1 " .. allows me the luxury of, well, screwing up for very logical reasons. The quality of feminine understanding she brings to our life together has helped me see further into the yonder with much more clarity.

Her "diamond in the rough" charisma is mellowed by my careful care and attention.

Was that philosophical enough ? There is a "yellow tulip" out there laughing her butt off right now (when she reads this).

SO what I was sayinng is this ..With Yvon's over abondance of Testosterone and my kind heartedness, there is nothing we can;t do "together"...

My views come from the perspective of someone who was beaten down by a few women after having done my best to provide and take care of business. They wanted to "be in charge" and be protected, nurtured, pampered and not have to work. I married a Russian woman and found that I was "backed up" rather than "PW'd". She said and I quote: "Russian woman doesnt want equality. We had equality under communism. We dug ditches, we work collective farms. We want our men to be men. We want loyalty, love, support and a strong man who will not let his family be taken advantage of."

Ladies, if you want equality, you now have it. But, dont be surprised if the men you find out there are weasely, noncommital and cheaters. I hear so much about the size of a man's penis, his virility, how cute, powerful or rich he is. And, how women do not need men for their orgasm or sexual pleasure. So be it! Glad I am NOT single!

Now women have to live in the real world and compete for success. I dont have a problem with those who do and are successful. But, dont be bitter about the men that are available after the age of 40. Women wanted to go to a war zone. OK, they got their wish. Just dont bitch about it. My respect to those who HAVE acted on their convictions. You are entitled to play, have your pretty boys etc. NOW you will find out about life from the other side. It isnt always "nice". People dont always play fair.

White, relationships have been challenging since Man first met Woman. Not everyone finds their yin/yang the first, or even the 10th, time. Hopefully, as humans, we learn from our mistakes and when the time comes, we either get it right or make NEW mistakes.

You might be hearing about penis size, virility, wallet size, etc., from women now - because maybe now we dare to talk about it. Keep in mind, men have been talking about our breasts, waist size, and various other attributes for a LONG time, too. Why should you be so venomous that women can compare notes too?

As for women being able to provide their own sexual satisfaction...of course we can. Sexual satisfaction isn't just a male perogative. Men spend plenty of time "on their own", why shouldn't women? If in a relationship and the man is unwilling to provide pleasure to his partner, or thinks his way is the right way and she better enjoy it that way or else!, then why shouldn't the woman take matters into her own hands?

You're right when you say people don't always play fair. The key word in there being PEOPLE. Women have known for years that there are men who don't play fair. Maybe your idea of equality should be to realize there are two sides to the coin. Flip it at your own risk.

You misunderstand (or I miscommunicated). I am not venomous toward women. I am venomous toward shallow, self absorbed people of BOTH sexes. I just happen to be a man and have more direct "personal" experience with self absorbed women than men. Of course there ARE two sides. Like I said: You wanted it you GOT IT! But all things have consequences. Don't they!

As my mom says, "There is a price to pay for everything". Sometimes one is willing to pay the price, sometimes not.
