Does anyone have an opinion of what the best sugar sub sweetener might be? I have used nectar from the Blue Agave. It seems to be less damaging than sugar both to blood sugar levels and skin fungal growth. But, it still makes me feel a little "icky" hours after I eat it. BTW it is just as sweet, if not sweeter than sugar. It is similar to honey. But, not as thick.
I just hate eating unsweetened oatmeal.
