Hi Folks:
New to the group.
In April I weighed 132 and in Sept 142. Didn't change what I ate. Didn't change exercise level. Am not especially fit but my point is that nothing happened over the months but the passage of time!
Gee, now I can spend my time getting rid of every single article of clothing I own, which no longer fits.
Am sixty-one, don't have ovaries anymore,
am mostly retired.
That's my rant.
