It is the fastest possible pace I know that my body can lose weight (from prior experience). I need to lose more like 40 pounds but I would feel and look better if I lost 20 pounds. By the way, I still would be overweight by the doctors charts if I lost 20 pounds, but it is my first reasonable goal.
Today I started with 2 egg whites (cooked, I dont like the yoke anyway) and a piece of wheat toast with cheddar cheese. By the time I got to work I was pretty hungry again. So by about 10:15 am I went to the Starbucks (ish) place downstairs and ate a large yogurt with granola and about 10 blueberries that I paid $3.00 for. I really wanted something along the lines of a friend egg, cheese, and bacon on a croissant, but I am fulfilled for now. Working on my 12 ounces of water.
Mornings are the worst for me. I am RAVENOUS and I have usually blown the whole day by lunch time.
