Today's Tip: Many of us eat to deal with a stressful or emotional issue. If you think you do that, try to come up with some alternative activities that calm you down, or help you cope with the stress. Will a walk outside help? Do you have a favorite book or magazine you can read? Or maybe it would help to call up a friend and chat for a few minutes. Think about what non-food activity works for you.
Today, write down the following:
* Everything you ate (including liquids).
* Your daily demon: What's causing you the most stress?
