Pre-breakfast: 2 cups hot water
Brunch (at a buffet restaurant): small omelet with onions, green pepper, mushrooms, a little shredded cheddar, topped with salsa
about 2 cups of honeydew and cantaloupe chunks
poached egg with a little hollandaise sauce
2 cups of black coffee
about 6 oz. cottage cheese topped with peas and black olives
medium corn muffin
less than 1/2 cup vanilla pudding sprinkled with chopped peanuts
(that sounds like a lot, but I skipped the potatoes and the pumpkin pie and the cheese sauce on my omelet, so I felt pretty good.)
Snack: banana and 1/2 cup of black coffee
Dinner: about 4 oz. chicken breast baked with mushrooms
2 cups steamed broccoli with butter
slice of whole wheat bread with butter
Cup of hot water
