Weight loss: 4 pounds since we started
Pre-breakfast: 3 cups of hot water
Breakfast: turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat toast, with butter, avocado, jalapeno mustard, spinach, black pepper

Lunch: about 30 baby carrots
4 in. square of pizza with everything -- I tried for lots of veggies, but there was sausage on it, too(lunch meeting at work)

Snack: small pear with 1 oz. pepper jack cheese
Snack: about 30 red seedless grapes
Snack: banana
Dinner: 12 Triscuits with 1 oz. part skim mozzarella

Movement: in addition to my 2 walks, Tuesday is the night I teach karate. I don't get as much exercise as I do when I'm actually taking class, but tonight I got more movement in than usual -- I ended up participating in two-on-one sparring, which is pretty intense.
