Breakfast: raisin, cinnamon Bagle w/ Benecol + lite cream cheese, 1 c. lite OJ w/ calcium, 1c. water, 2 c. coffee w/ soy creamer
Snack: cheese slices, walnuts
Lunch: cheese slices, 4 crackers, one w/ Benecol.1c. cider
Dinner: fresh asparagus, organic cinnamon apple sauce, thin small pork chop, 1 3/4 oat bran/flaxseed muffin with Bencol
Snack: 1c. milk, a few cashews, 10 pistachio nuts, the rest of the nonpareills. 3/4 c. milk and Heart to Heart Organic high fiber cereal: 1/2 c.
