Total weight loss: 5 pounds!
Pre-Breakfast: 2 cups of hot water
Breakfast: spinach bagel with cream cheese
cup of black coffee
Lunch: half a peanut butter and raisin sandwich on whole wheat bread

about 30 baby carrots
banana
Snack:small pear with 1 oz. pepper jack cheese
Snack: about 30 red seedless grapes
Cup of hot water
Snack: large desiccated plum
Cup of hot water
Snack:1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt sprinkled with 1/2 cup Post Cranberry Almond Crunch cereal
Today was karate at lunchtime, in addition to my two walks. Part of my walk is outside, and it never really got above 40 degrees today. And it snowed and was windy. So I used extra energy and was super hungry, but I still managed not to indulge in the homemade cookies that were brought in today.
Dinner: 4 oz. baked chicken breast on top of salad (mixed greens, mushrooms, a couple tablespoons french-fried onions, no dressing)
