What I ate on Sunday:
Brunch - V8, 1.5 bagels with low fat cream cheese, lox, cucumber, strawberries, herring, havarti cheese, raw veggies
Snack - one leftover slice of pizza
Dinner - chicken (my husband does all the cooking, so I'm not sure how it was prepared, but I know he's sensitive to fat and sugar and he started with boneless, skinless breasts), steamed beans, corn on the cob, watermelon
Later - cup of decaf green tea (see my question on green tea - I'm trying)
prenatal yoga class (with my pregnant daughter and daughter-in-law)
plenty of water
