Last year I read about a painless and fun way to burn a few extra calories, and I kept thinking about trying it but haven't done so until this week.
It's skipping!
When I do my daily walks around the building, there are a couple of places where no one can see me, and I skip down those hallways, trying to raise my knees high. I had forgotten how much fun skipping is, and it almost makes me feel like I'm five again.
I only do it where no one can see me because the world isn't ready for a 59-year-old skipping in public.
