I crave fat, carb and salt all the time. They are good fats (avocado, peanut butter, etc...) I am not over weight but have a goal to lose that last bothersome body fat. I would be happy about 16 - 18%. I have little self control when I eat. I love food.
Why do I crave such things? Is there a way I can eat more of a balanced diet??
