I keep hearing about people who fast for a couple of days. I never get the full duration they do this for. Then there are religious traditions like Ramadan just to name one.
I feel bloated and I have been a really bad boy lately, food wise that is. I have tons of really good excuses but now is time for action: I will get back to the gym and regulate my intake.
I am curious though, is it safe to fast? Does anybody have any experience with this or have some advice?
