Okay, so for three or so years now I've been eating very healthily. I exercise regularly. I've lost weight, although I didn't care if I did or not. My cholesterol's great, my blood pressure's great.
I've heard that eating right and exercising will increase your life expectancy by about six months. So why bother? I don't enjoy exercise; in fact, I hate every minute of it. I don't think I could go back to eating the way I used to, because all the joy has been sucked out of eating, but why not just be a couch potato?
