I have to be honest but when I guy tells me he doesn't watch sports I question his manhood.. Have any of you felt this way when you encounter this?

Even though my mother was a champion sprinter and long jump record holder (5.5 meters) in high school in Hong Kong after WWII, she never pushed sports on my brother and I. Growing up, I always played sports and did inherit my mother's athleticism but NOT her speed. I grew up watching all the sports: college basketball, college football, pro football, pro basketball, pro baseball, tennis, etc. Believe it or not...my mother was really into watching sports on tv, especially basketball, which was one of her sports as a high school girl.
Now, I kind of don't care as much about sports since my skills have diminished tremendously and don't have as much time to play pick up games, etc. I still watch some sports but the world hasn't ended because I've missed it...different priorities and different stages in life now...(Even though I can't jump anymore, I still know how to foul...LOL)
As long as you still watch sports youngbraveheart then I can hang out with you! But when I ask a guy does he watch sports and he says no I look at him like WHAT!
Maybe I shoud not feel this way but I do.
Agent00Soul, thanks for letting me hang out with you...even though I might not watch as much sports, the first part I read of the newspaper is the sports page, so I kind of know what's happening in the world of sports...I still have favorite teams and teams I dislike...
Those guys who don't watch sports may be one of those guys that didn't play any organized sports growing up...maybe no one even picked them on the playground to be on a team...
