What's this Fantasy Football thing everyone's talking about? Do you want to learn the inside tips and secrets to winning your league? Do you secretly wish to crush the hopes and dreams of your nieces and nephews?

Two tips to kick this party off:

Tip #1: In week 1, at 12:00 on Sunday (during halftime of the East Coast games), pickup any player that is on his way to a breakout day (100 yards receiving or rushing, 2 TDs thrown, etc). In all likelihood, your competitors will just be watching the game, and not thinking about the Fantasy league. This is how I picked up Jeff Garcia and Kurt Warner when they were nobodies.

Tip #2: It's important to pick the right people for your league. The ideal player is someone who's highly competitive, likes to talk smack, but knows how to take a joke.

Another reason to stay glued to the tube on Sundays!
