All you do is type in the last thing you heard...be it from TV, your loved one as he/she walked out the door, a song, a conversation overheard in the next cubicle...anything. It doesn't matter what the person before you typed. No brain power is needed. Sometimes the phrases/sentences link together in strange ways, sometimes the phrase/sentence is hilarious in itself when taken out of context.
