Regarding the surgery, one week of PT and I have permission to use a recumbant bike. It is in basement, purchased yesterday, but I gotta clean that place up first.! So thru the new year I'll be cleaning the basement and filling the woodbox.

My son got "call of duty 4" for Xmas. I havent' played video games for years but this one is a blast..got your attention whiteman?

Travels on business in the first 2 months of 2008 include Dallas, Spokane, Portland, Tacoma, Fresno, Bakersfield, Palo Alto, and San Juan Capistrano. Wanna get as much out of the way so when the weather gets warmer, can get the fencing and landscaping and gardening and seedling planting going. ...

A New Year??? AGAIN????? I'm not finished with the old one yet! Is there any way to slow down the clock a little bit?

We are not big party folks so we are planning to welcome the New Year in with a "fondue" dinner at my son and his wife's house and spend the evening playing games of all sorts. Between family and some friends who are coming from out of town, there will be about 15 of us so it should be a lot of fun.

Of course, even a grandma can only handle so many games of Candy Land, Chutes and Ladders and Go Fish! Luckily, bedtime will come at the normal time for the grandchildren and our friend's children and the adults can have a quieter evening after that!

To all of you, thank you for your friendship and posts that are so uplifting, entertaining and informative--I look forward to a new year of TeeBeeDee!
