Well you do look pretty good for being born in 49. But, I kind of like having the "high mileage" look. I don't know if it would have been worth skipping the party just to look good :-) I had a BLAST in college! But, less partying "would" have been beneficial. I still did OK and never lost my idealism. I just get kinda "jaded". I stopped serious partying in 1972 anyway! I got snagged on booze for a while. But, I divorced that problem. I went for 30 years without a toke. I was drug tested for my work and it wasn't worth it to me to fight the system.

I DO once in a great while though. But, mostly a couple shots of "El Patron" once a week is pretty much IT NOW! The "party animal" in me grew older and wiser. Not to mention my wife's "KGB like" control of these things LOL

71 ...I went (why does this admission bother me?) to the Mayday demonstrations in DC...what I consider a party better than Woodstock. I was there 2 weeks...mostly getting high and making it with chicks, never went to ONE march...but I was at all the campfires and concerts...To this day I dont remember the name of the girl I latched on to except she liked to call herself "Sunshine"....the only reason I went to Mayday was because my van broke down in Gettysburg The mech said 2 weeks to get a transaxle...so I got out my pack and rode my thumb. First car that came along was 4 guys on the way to DC...they couldnt believe I hadnt heard of the demonstrations coming up...so I rode along. I had about 20 worth of hashish with me...we smoked all the way down to DC . I got paranoid and hid it under the seat in case we got stopped. we parted ways...later I realized I forgot to retrieve my stash....shit ...there were 500,000 kids in town....what a party that was....They talk about Woodstock???? No way that was better than this!

Dope is a whole lot more potent these days. Nobody stands around passing a joint anymore...its all one-hit personal stuff....the comtaderie is not there from what I can see....Dope really started making me stupid when I smoked so I just kind of got away from it.

Yes the current stuff is very potent. And being older I take a toke and immediately fall asleep. Probably safer though than most sleeps aids from the drug store though.
