I've been to Pura Vida yoga retreat in Costa Rica a couple of times (sorry I don't have the link, but I'm sure you can google it). Two yoga classes daily, amazing vegetarian buffets, side trips to beach, volcano, and rainforest, and great massage, chanting, and drum circles. Really an incredible place..and affordable, to boot!
