I stayed in Maui in early December - a great condo right on the water's edge. The cost was very reasonable - $119 a nite - and the place was really nice. Full kitchen, w & d, even had "sand chairs" for the beach. The owner's name is Bob and the name of the condo development was Mehune Shores. His daughter manages the rentals - I found it online - email address is condos@menehuneshores.com. Good luck!
