Wake Up To Your Life (The Buddhist Path Of Attention) by Ken McLeod

I credit Louise Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life" with saving my life, not to mention my sanity. That book was the start of my true healing journey (1987). Susan Jeffers' "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway" was another life changer. There have been several others over the years, but those two really stand out.

The first author that found me in 1981 was Dr. Wayne Dyer, two books:

"Pulling Your Own Strings" and "Your Erroneous Zones". I've read all of his, am currently reading "Inspiration", as well as "Change Your Thoughts-Change Your Life" Living the Wisdom of the Tao.

Syl - I too read Lousie L. Hay in 1989...another author that had a major impact. I use her list of physical symptoms all the time.

Mary Summer Rain; Dan Millman; M.Scott Peck; Gary Zukav...just to name a few.

I enjoyed reading The Great Turning.

The Secret was another book that basically is changing my life in a positive manner.

I love both of those books and recommend them to all my clients. Some other great authors to follow are Wayne Dyer and Brian Tracy. I also Loved Home with God by Neale Donald Walsh-helped me when my Mom passed away last year, so did The New Earth and Power of Now by Eckart Tolle.
