As M. Scott Peck said in "The Road Less Travelled" .....
"Life is difficult.....Life is a series of problems......What makes life difficult is that the process of confronting and solving problems is a painful one..... Yet it is in the process of meeting and solving problems that life has its meaning." And, he goes on to say, life's joy is found in the process of confronting and solving life's problems."
Are there members on this site willing to suffering consciously for the sake of solving the problems of the world?
AS I look over many oft he chats here and they all seem so personal, sure that is spiritual, but is not real development about giving up on the endless hunt for personal happiness so that we can co-operate and help an obvioulsy ailing world, not to mention the million of helpless peoplein it. i mean as long as we are hung up on such rubbish movies like the Secret, that's not "confronting and solving problems" that's just like shooting up some heroin in the hope that somebody elise is gonna fix it all for us why we are high on our own power trip. any comments i am sure.
