Do you find that when depression decides to pay you a visit that you tend to lose your concentration and are easily distracted?
I'm trying to fight off a light blue funk right now. Its been hanging around for the past few days. I'm consciously thinking that its not going to take me over - for any amount of time.
However, at work, I cannot concentrate. I can while away the whole day, and not get much of anything done. I just cannot focus on what needs to be done. I am not lacking for work to do either.
No amount of forcing myself to focus on the task at hand will help. If you have been successful at overcoming this problem, how did you do it?
