Hi everyone. I thought this would be an excellent place to ask anyone with insomnia what they found was the most natural approach to help with their insomnia?
I been diagnosed with chronic insomnia since January 2000. They tell me that the perimenopause phase can last anywheres from 5-15 years. But the journey is awful when your fighting insomnia. I've been taking Ambien ever since, it is the only thing that can knock me out most of the time. I rather natural approaches, but cannot seem to find something that keeps me asleep. I tried, melatonin, passion flower, valerian root, chamomile tea, 5htp, and warm milk. All sometimes, make me sleepy, but none keep me asleep. Having not enough rest can create other health problems.
Has anyone here found something natural that helps them stay asleep?
I would love your advice.
