A few in the group had mentioned "The Wisdom of Menopause"
by Christiane Northrup. I thought I had it in my self-help home library (way too many books!) but I can't find it. I'm going to check it out at the bookstore.
She says menopause often marks the beginning of a woman's most sexually passionate, creatively inspired, and professionally productive phase of life.
Well that sounds good to me.

Yup. I agree with the passion & I am professionally making a name for myself considering I only started my biz 2 years ago. Creativity applies to most areas of my life.
I am the one who suggested this as a must read for every woman. Up to chapter 2 & it has been comforting & reassuring to know everything I am experiencing is "normal".
ps...my book looks different than that one. I picked it up earlier this month @ sam's club.

Yours is the more current version. I was on her site and it wouldn't upload. Honestly, the current picture of her looks even better than the earlier book cover.

This book is the best I found, and it has been on loan to friends and colleagues multiple times - and gifted to others as well.
I can't say enough about how useful I have found it in understanding the process, making decisions and the range of options available.

Okay, the inspiration and creativity are flowing heavily, but my sexual appetite is as exciting as a flat tire. (However photos of Becks gets my juices flowing) I'm beginning to wonder if my mate has man o pause in our marriage. Everything seems so disappointing in that area so flat and unappetizing is this a normal phase as well? I'm going out today to get the suggested book. Thanks Zumba
