Your doctor can do a hormone test and it can tell you if you are in the menopause. Be aware that even without a period, you can become pregnant. Hence, change of life child.

yes he gave me a blood test and told me I wasnt, hmmm go figure. but then again that was 2 years ago. i'll ask him for another. I never knew about the saliva test thats interesting, thanks!
