At forty I have just begun to experience this stuff however the Provera helps with the night sweats, before I took it, I would wake up soaking wet from sweat and have to stick my head in the refrigerator to cool off. I have not had to do this in a long time nor have I have a period. Yeah! however towards the end and the beginning of my shot I go a little nuts. Yet, I do not have to shave my legs as much as my face!
