I am learning something new from all of you each day. Dr. Robin Miller posted today about muscle aches and I just wanted to make sure everyone saw this.

Sometimes my knees hurt so bad it's hard to get up and down the stairs, I do so, but I do it gingerly. And the muscles...
I do workout 2-3 hours a day during the week, less on the weekends and pretty high impact cardio. Could it also be perimenopause that makes the aches more intense?
I realized my EmergenC supplement I bought at Costco didn't have the joint help in it that we talked about on the fitness group, so I bought it in liquid form. It's not tasty. I'm going back to EmergenC with Joint Health.
Also, it is ok to take Advil for the aches and pains every day? I also have a glass of wine at night. Is that a no-no mixture (Advil/wine)? And truth be told I sometimes have Excederin PM..for pain and to get to sleep.
