Have you read this great new book yet? I highly recommend it. It's primary contention is that "business as usual" is dead (I think most of us know that). The authors talk about;
*rethinking the competition--things are happening so fast
your competition may not be who you think they are
*reconnecting with customers--sell where your customers are
and your competitors arent.
*rethinking work--is your design for the workplace as
distinctive as your designs for the marketplace?
* rethinking you--go in stupid everyday. You may not have all the answers for tomorrow.
Any other new books you can recommend to the group?
