I work for British Mining Consultancy, it pays very well, however I have never worked at a place that has absolutely no SOP nothing in writing, so consequently the powers that be, sort of make it up as they go along, Ive been here 6 years and am under constant scrutiny by the management (I am one of only 3 Americans that work here) as to what I am to do about one thing or the other.....needless to say it does my head in, the main guy that runs the place basically tells everyone what they want to hear, and that further adds to the confusion..... it pays very well, basically thats the only thing keeping me here, I am almost 52 years old and not very marketable anymore..... if someone needs a "Get it done" Military Retired "Road Warrior" Please let me know!!!
