What's your favorite, off-the-beaten-path productivity tool? We all use things like Palm smart phones and Crackberrys, email, word processors, databases, etc. But how about something we don't know about that works for you?
For instance, I use a website called YAKiToMe! (http://www.yakitome.com) that turns any electronic text into a podcast that you can download to your iPod. I just used it over the holidays to listen to two books while driving 7 hours cross-country (each way) to visit relatives. I also used it to listen to my email, RSS feeds, and important documents while I'm holding my youngster or commuting. I use it for proofreading, too.
