Colleagues,

I've deleted my story-in-progress. I want to thank you again for your candid critiques. Your comments have been helpful in the practical sense, but also they reminded me of the value of this small group. I feel privileged to be connected with you, as friends and fellow writers.

I will continue on with "A Man of Letters." There is more to do and when the moment is right I will share the story here at Tier II.

Now comes the real work. The beginning is always easiest. It is when the story requires some new directions and also the action is getting repetitious that it begins to take its toll.

Best of luck. The rest is the lonely part.
