What do you do to start off managing them well?
What do you say?
What do you avoid doing and saying?!
I'll kick it off with some ideas:
1. Send an email to the group (What would you say? Share ideas with us!).
2. Take each member to lunch, separately (What would you say during the lunch?).
3. Review the goals of each person (and do what . . . ?).
4. Set 1:1 meetings on the calendar (How often and for how long?).
