Let's say you have a struggling employee--someone you hired--and the person has not been meeting your expectations for a good long while, say at least one year.
You haven't done anything yet to "fix" this problem. You've haven't given any feedback to the employee: you've been ignoring the behavior.
What steps do you take when you finalize realize that something needs to be done?
