However some are great leaders and some are destructive leaders. Teamwork is essential to good business and great leadership makes a team. I see too many people that are in management and Executive positions that are so protective of their area and not willing to work with other mangers inless they are able to control all aspects of their projects so that no one gets more credit and budget items are not posted to their department. It is sad when they all work for the same place and supposedly for the same goals and purpose. Great leaders are essential to keep our country great. Keep up the good work! We need you!
