Here is an Opportunity to Explore and Discovery Your Primary Personality Type.
The day I discovered my true colors was the day I had had an overwhelming insight of my personality traits and why I do the things I do. Since, I have become interesting in the area of personality assessment and self awareness and assessment. I was introduced to True Colors in 1998 while participating in a parenting Self-Awareness workshop at my son’s school. The facilitator showed us how we can use a tool that provided clearer insights into empowering your understanding of yourself and how others see you. It is designed to describe not label. It is a tool to support our relationships with others and to honor our differences. And, he did it all in less than 20 minutes. It was like an epiphany. I walked away from that workshop understanding more of myself in those 20 minutes than in all of my, then, 38 years of life.
The True Colors Personality Test Assessment is based on the Myers Briggs Personality Assessment tool and is a metaphor that provides a vocabulary of human psychology in layman terms. This personality tool/survey is designed to help you understand your personality style or behavioral type, as well as those of others so you can have better communication and build rapid rapport, whether it is in your personal life, professional life or in the areas of relationship, sales, leadership, team effectiveness and management.
Are you introvert or extrovert? These are important factors of our personality styles. They reflect on where we focus our attention. Extroverts are gregarious, assertive, and generally seek out excitement. Introverts, in contrast, are reserved, deep in thought, and self-reliant. They are not necessarily asocial, but they tend to have few true friends, and are less likely to thrive on making new social contacts.
