I am very interested in hearing what others have to say about this topic. More and more I read about women leaving their careers to raise their children. I am one of them. In April it will be 2 years that I am home with my children. However I have to admit that its been a tough two years. I never realized how much I missed working and the feeling of accomplishment, etc,. I read everywhere how it is becoming easier for women to return to the workforce after becoming a stay at home mom. However i am finding it hard to get my career back. Has anyone experienced or is experiencing the same thing? At the same time, I want to be with my kids, and be involved in their school, etc.. I was offered a job that pays very little and nothing compared to the 6 figure salary I was making. I decided to take it because its 5 min. from home and at least i will make a little money. BUT is this a mistake? Have others been thru this?
