This came up in another thread, but I thought we might enjoy our own discussion of it here.
When it comes to the writing of history, the line between historical fact and historical fiction often becomes blurry. How do you define the distinction? Do you think there are books that go over the line? Do you have some favorites that straddle the line nicely?
