Our New Customer Support Tool

To better serve our members, TeeBeeDee is adding a customer support tool that will function as both an FAQ and an open forum for collaborative feedback. We believe the new tool, Get Satisfaction, is the best way to provide timely, substantive answers to your questions about TeeBeeDee.

Get Satisfaction will be available from every page on the site through a soon-to-come Help link in the footer--one of the permanent links at the bottom of the page. This collaborative application allows members to ask and answer questions and provides a rating system so the most useful answers are easily found.

We look forward to your feedback on this new customer support tool and hope it improves your experience as we expect it to.

I don't like changes but I will give it my best. If it doesn't pan out, everyone will have to pay me $1. That's my plan. No,I don't take faxed cash.

KenW, when did first-class postage bump to 42 cents? I asked at Get Satisfaction but folks just looked at me funny.
