I've been a member since January, and the only discussions I've ever started have been in Checking in for the Day, so I'm spreading my wings a little here, and going out on a limb. I had a hard time even figuring out where I should post this.
Has everyone read TBD's guidelines?
http://www.tbd.com/view/page.basic/community_guidelines
Should TBD staff intervene in discussions with warnings to those, deemed by TBD guidelines, to be inappropriate?
Should they only respond to a comment that has been flagged as inappropriate?
Do you think where there's one person being inappropriate there's usually another?
Should they read back a bit more on discussions, and rebuke not just the one, but both, or the more than two, offending parties?
Should we even be flagging posts as inappropriate?
Should they stop the interjections altogether?
Have you ever wondered why some get rebuked while others don't?
Have you ever wondered why some have been kicked off the site, while others who post similar things get to stay?
For those of you who still believe this doesn't happen, and I've met a few, there was a Mr.FatWrinkles who was also DickGobbler, and he had admitted to staff he was both, and Robin confirms it, and that he was removed for his content, she put it on page 17 of the Multiple Identies thread, link provided.

When someone's been removed, and there are more including, JacksonFire, and ClamidiaPeoples, off the top of my head, you can no longer see their profiles, but you can read some of their content by searching for their names (unless this has changed in one of the recent upgrades).
Have you ever wondered how some people get flagged as inappropriate, and their ability to send PMs taken away, without any warning? Especially if it turns out it wasn't over something they even posted?
I know of at least one case recently

later in the thread others talk about how they had similar situations here, some by the same people who did it to my friend Della.
I know some posters who are starting to be annoyed with the way TBD guidelines are applied . Are you one? Should we keep complaining to staff? Should we start a petition to the staff? Leave TBD? Forget about it?
If you disagree with those of us that are annoyed, do you think we shouldn't care? and why?
Ok people - tell me, what do you think?!
