Sent Messages area (under Inbox area) broken

For four or five days I have been unable to view Sent Messages. All that shows is part of an icon on each line, plus the name of the recipient, too far to the left. None of the other usual information for your Sent Messages is visible, and there is no link to click so as to see the actual sent message.

Isn't someone aware of this? This should be the simplest thing to fix - it is likely an extra double quote in the code, or possibly an extra table TD or CSS equivalent.

I don't seem to have any problems with my sent box -- dates, subject lines, message texts, etc. are all available.

Hmm, that is interesting. Thank you for the information. Strangely, it fails to show on two different computers in my office, and on Firefox and IE. I am thinking that one of the messages may have a non-ASCII character that is causing the page to break. - but I never do any fancy (error producing) actions when sending email. I just type text! Perhaps TBD will look into what is in my particular Sent Messages area that would cause it to break.

Haven't heard back since giving permission about 24 hours ago to reset my password as needed. I just want to be sure it has not slipped through the cracks. I have done one other steps: I looked at the page source in my HTML editor, and was able to see all the missing data. So the good news is that the data are there. The mystery remains that I saw no special characters. Would you like me to work on this problem?

Robin, I have heard nothing at all about fixing this problem. Should I just delete all the messages? This situation has existed for a week now, and been reported and was being worked on a few days ago. Then silence. Not sure what I should do.

DavidA,as I responded here 2 days ago, engineering is working on the bug. Apparently (per your post) you were contacted by someone working on it that day. I don't think it's accurate to say you have heard nothing at all. I am sorry that it's not being fixed fast enough for your liking and would appreciate your patience.

Yes, I am patient. All I was asking for was some confirmation that it was being worked on. Without your knowing it, I had been contacted by your staff member. Part of the reason for my questioning is that I received this (below) two days ago, and have not heard from your staff member since then after trying to reach her. Here is her message of two days ago:

He's on the case, David. Hope to have feedback tomorrow. I'm going offline now. Need some sleep!
