Is it possible to change the system of page turning?

As it is, if you are trying to page back in a long thread, you can only go back four pages at a time. With the page-loading speed (yes, it's an oxymoron) we enjoy, it can take forever and three days to hop back 100 pages in a 369-page discussion to find that great quote you forgot to note down.

Could we have perhaps a drop-down where we can select a page and go directly to it? Or be able to type in a page number?

The same goes for the 'Groups' and 'Members' pages; you may not remember the name exactly enough to search it, but at least you could get closer faster..

How do you get to go back 4 pages at a time? I can go back 5, then from there only 2 at a time.

You can type in a page number. You just have to know which page number you want. Most of the pages have 7 comments, so the first page of a thread should be 0, or 000, something like that, you can look at the address bar above to see - and the next page number will be 7 - I haven't verified it, but I suspect the numerical order may get a bit messed up when you have multiple long posts on a thread - which may reduce the number of posts per that page from 7 to some lesser number, and then probably the next page may reflect that. I bet none of that made any sense did it. Just think of multiples of 7. like 49, 56, 14, etc.
