Latest Discussions - Sort Order

Ahhhhh!!! I don't usually submit discussions, but I did, and I'm having a heck of a time figuring out how/why discussions are sorted.

How is it that a discussion that was responded to 7 minutes ago gets higher priority than a discussion responded to 1 minute ago?

And, once the discussion moves off the front page, when you go into "all discussions" looking for it...what the heck order are these things in? Shouldn't they be, also, (but correctly) sorted by most-recent-activity first? Would make it MUCH easier to find. Or, at least alphabetically!

Sorry. Got frustrated.

Paula Mae, when a discussion on the front door appears out of order - one responded to 7 minutes ago is above one responded 1 minute ago -- that is just a brief condition as the databases process. Be patient and the order is most recent response at the top.

The default on "see all discussions" is to new discussion. Again, most recent at the top. If you click the "latest" tab on all discussions, you will see most recent responses. And if you want to find a discussion you started, you can find it on your own profile most quickly.

Ah Hah! Didn't see that "latest" tab under "all". That will save a bundle of time, thank you, sorry about that.

regarding the order...I did refresh many times figuring just as you said, but it was still reflecting oddly. Anyway, frustration was high, time was running out, and I reacted. Must learn only to do tbd when not in hurry!
