Is It My Imagination?

I've noticed lately that I've been able to type text in a word document and 'cut and paste' it into TBD text boxes without the usual computer garble. This has been wonderful for drafting discussions as well as composing PM's allowing me to utilize the helpful features of the word processing program (e.g. Spell Check).

Is this compatibility feature the result of one of our recent upgrades? Or is it just a fluke that my documents have been translating perfectly?

I suspect this is one of those nice little surprise gifts given to us by our techies.

As far as I know, I've always been able to do this (not that I always do).

I'm with Nick on this one Pru. Don't do it a lot, but have never had to use HTML (assuming this is computer garble) when cut and pasting to TBD.

That's interesting, because I've received them with the ASCII codes and I've noticed that in reply messages, mine have contained them too.

...But not lately.

Maybe my brain needs an upgrade.

Yes, I could cut and paste from Word in the past, but certain characters didn't translate well, such as the apostrophe and quotation marks which came out looking like squares. All has been well the past few weeks. Yay!
