Yes, CarolT I am -- so you can be sure the engineers have heard about the problems. Alerts are screwed up, beyond the two problems you mention. "Brittle" is the adjective I heard today.

I still can't put alerts on my friends to see what they posted, I guess this is part of that problem, right? And the alert count being way off?

I am still not able to access, and getting error messages, occasionally for certain threads, but when I try later I can access them.

I am still unable to give inspirational kudos on some threads. And on those threads it seems near the bottom of the thread, like it's going crooked, or something, and cutting off the al at the end of the word.

I use explorer 7.0 and xp

And please don't think this matters to me but my profile says I posted on 3 of those real life scripts and I haven't so when I click on the place that says 3 it says I haven't done one yet. So I agree. But I don't. But I might.

I don't use alerts. I think they messed me up before so I just quit using them.

Last night I tried to post to the LanSr thread, and got a very long error message after I hit submit. The same thing happened today on Mockingbird's thread Are you smarter than a five grader.

I also couldn't get into a couple of threads, got the there is a problem box, but forgot to write down which ones.

I also read and alert, and when I hit delete, it sent me into TonyA's inbox. I didn't read anything, I realized I wasn't home, and quickly left. Like I accidently walked into the guys bathroom. I logged out and deleted my cookies.

I have XP and use internet explorer 7.0

I just wound up in whitemanitou's inbox. But it made me realize something, the last 2 times I have wound up someone else, they accepted my friend request, I went to alerts, read one from the inbox, and hit the delete button, and wound up in their inbox. I hope this helps. I use xp and explorer 7.0
