Thanks to your posts here and as discussed in threads such as this one:

we have been well aware of the very nasty -- but yet infrequent, unpredictable, and impossible to reliably reproduce -- problem of occasional user logins switching at random. "Ugly" is putting it lightly, so we apologize for the problems and very much appreciate the supportive spirit (and patience) of those of you in these forums for helping us identify and address it.
After several attempts at a possible fix on our end only to have the problem rear its ugly head again after 2-3 days of no reported problems, the good news is that we believe we narrowed it down to the networking equipment setup at the data center we switched to earlier this month. Working with their networking experts this morning, we believe we have a very promising root fix at hand and deployed it this morning. The effects should have fully rolled out to all users by now.
What we can still use, however, is your continued help in reporting any similar incidents where your login identity may have switched without any of your own doing. Because of the issue's complexity and random, lottery-like nature, the only way we know about it is when one of you reports it. That is also the only way for us to know if the current fix has fully addressed it or not -- as in the past it has taken thousands of visits before we've witnessed it happening once (and just once is far too many times).
Thanks again for your continued patience and vigilance.
