About 1.5 h, the ritual is made through 7 directions (East, West,South,North,Up, Down, and Into ourself, Every elements is used with the 5 senses . Every level is explored , and as a ritual, every step has a beginning and an end (they use flowers), I won't be able to show pictures, everybody was a part of the ritual, after the ceremony we had a Temescal (sweat lodge ) for 3 hours, it was a Healing sweat lodge lead by a mayan woman healer.

After nearly 5 hours of ritual, we were exhausted .
