Hi! I'm cowgirllu. I lived in Texas for the first 25 years of my life, then moved up to New York City. We're now in the Catskill Mountains of NY state. But once a Texan, always a Texan, so I know what it's like to want to connect with others from the Lone Star State. There are two groups that I know of so far here at TBD for that purpose: "Texas = Heaven" and "Texas Only Group". Check 'em out....and Welcome!

Hey cowgirllu. There might be some interested in a meeting. A few of us met in Houston in March, but I came from Canada for it so I won't be able to come to yours. There are quite a few Texans on the site - so good luck.

Wow I can't believe I'm just finding this group/post! I'm here in the LS State and absolutely LOVING the weather this morning. First nice, cool (relatively) dry morning in awhile and I need to go enjoy it! Btw, my daughter's at UT in Austin so "Hook em Horns!"

You're welcome! And Howdy! Yeah, me too--I lived the first almost 25 years of my life in Texas and then migrated to NYC. Brooklyn first--then Manhattan. Now in the Catskill Mountains of upstate NY since 9/11.
