OMG I looove Montana! Count me in!

Would LOVE to be there, but wmans will have to take my sorrows as RSVP... He'll just have to look at the Lady on the East Rockies and know I pray for him and family. Hasn't told me if he remembers my Dad's turquoise house or not; you can still see it off the Pass, and coming either East or West...

Back way yonder, we lived in Butte, and worked Boulder River School and Hospital; loved the commute through Elk Park.. is the Helsinki Bar still there, or has it been swallowed by mine? Used to have sauna and get drunk like big people there... Diamond Ranch in Boulder used to also be a gathering spot... ever go there? I owned it 1977...

Montana? Is that a state?

it snowed on the parade; I was in SLC doing an insurance -Combined Life Insurance - thang, and talking to my wife and Dad about the snow... She was so pretty then... she is now... I can mess up a wet dream. But that's moi... If you wanta see a gorgeous sight, come off the Pass from the East in the dark; Butte is so pretty. Then daylight; pimple on the armpit of the world, next to Fresno, CA, then someone said someplace else... will bow to wisdom... so will save my boil for that day/time/place...

I live in ND but have never visited Montana. I think a summer solstice party there would be heavenly.

I'm going to try hard to be there, myself, HotLegs. And if you are willing to drive from ND, hopefully the ID,WY, and CO TBDers will consider joining us, as well. If you know someone who might be interested, point them to the thread.

I'll hopefully be graduating between now and then, so I won't have as much energy to throw into organizing.

Can someone else pick up the planning ball, until my dissertation is finished? The dissertation cuts into my TBD time, but I tell myself it's only a temporary restriction.
